Earth monitoring satellites (such as those tracking climate change, ice melt, or vegetation) often operate in high-frequency bands (Ka/Q/V) to achieve higher resolution.

  • The Challenge: High-frequency signals (e.g., 20-30 GHz) suffer from higher atmospheric attenuation and require extremely low Noise Figures (NF) to detect weak signals from distant sensors.

  • Our Solution: Models like the GKA26531G and GKA27531G series offer Noise Figures as low as 150K–500K and high gain (≥60dB). With multi-LO (Local Oscillator) switching capability, operators can reconfigure the LNB to track different satellite sensors without changing hardware, ensuring continuous data acquisition for environmental monitoring.
